Who we are
Leaders BPO Inc is the advertiser and marketing and lead-generation company for this Auto Warranty campaign. The named receiving seller is LB WARRANTIES CO. This policy applies only to this proposed campaign. Excluded states: CA, NY, FL, WA and WY.
Information proposed for collection
If an approved production experience is enabled, it may collect first name, ZIP code, vehicle year, make, approximate mileage, selected contact channel, consent selections and consent timestamps. If website chat is enabled, it may collect the chat messages and information the consumer provides. The static package does not collect information.
Purpose and sharing
Information is intended to process a request for a vehicle service-contract consultation and, only after affirmative consent, facilitate contact by LB WARRANTIES CO or Leaders BPO Inc acting on its behalf through the selected channel.
Campaign information must not be sold, rented or transferred to another seller, marketer, lead buyer or unrelated party. A different seller, entity or channel requires new, entity-specific affirmative consent.
Retention
Active customer-request and website-chat conversation data is intended to be retained for 90 days, unless a shorter period is required by an approved request or applicable law. Suppression, revocation and audit evidence may be retained separately only for compliance, dispute handling or legal obligations; it must not be used to restart marketing after revocation.
Implementation-dependent provider inventory
- Cloudflare Workers, D1 and Queues: website/app hosting and controlled data handling when activated.
- Meta: advertising only when separately approved.
- Runway: creative rendering only when separately approved.
- OpenAI: Worker 3 and synthetic narration only if separately activated and approved.
No other provider may receive campaign information unless separately approved through the final provider inventory and vendor review.

To revoke phone permission, call (469) 425-4922 or email hassan.nisar@leadersbpo.com. If text messaging is enabled, reply STOP to the applicable text message to opt out. Revocation must stop future contact through the revoked channel.
